I usually know when my emotions run really high and my stress levels thru my he roof and im depressed and have anxiety real bad or I'm just angry I know for sure I'm gonna have a siezure and I have min we also when I'm asleep I wake up with blood in my mouth and bruises on parts of my body

Usually the signs that tell me that I had a seizure while I was asleep as the fact that I'll wake up and my mouth will be sore in some way because I accidentally bit the inside of my cheek or My lip or my tongue and I'll wake up with a bruise that I didn't have the day before but another thing that makes me realize it is I have something called OCD I'm very obsessive compulsive about how stuff is put and how clean stuff is now when I have a seizure at night when I wake up the next day I'm usually wanting to clean and put stuff back in order almost all day long

I have the grand Mal seizures. I just ache all over. Bite tongue, confusion, memory loss. At least on good days.

Ill know I've had a sezuire at night because of the usual signs ill be still extremely tired and fatuige and confused and not wanting to do anything or make breakfast basically no motivation for the day am stressed, ready to right back to bed am depressed and edgy and maybe some brusing here and there.

Muscles all feel like I just ran a marathon
