@A MyEpilepsyTeam Member @A MyEpilepsyTeam Member ... adding on to RandySherman point... led zeppelin - stairway to heaven... links down below for full version (et-em)
'Yes, there are two paths you can go by, but in the long run
There's still time to change the road you're on'
meaning if there 2 paths, in RuzzW16 case new job or stay put, and you decide to get a new job... you can always change it at any point.
and Ruzzw16 scared of doing a high pay job because you are poor... look no further than Daymond John... a rags to riches story. John lived in brooklyn, ny and sold costum hats (buys blank hats and with some sewing, custumized it). John is now a billionaire and owns a fashion industry and a ceo and founder of FUBU. now he is on 'sharktank'. you can do it if you have the will power.

Just be yourself. It’s easy to say. There is a lot of peer pressure out there. People just don’t want to learn about it. So it’s our job to help them understand.

I grew up super poor had a drunk father who hit my mom. This caused me to be an introvert, yet I dreamed of doing great things. It took me going into the Air Force where I started to come out of my shell, also got a head injury that led to my seizures which made me feel lower than whale sh*t. But I played baseball, basketball, volleyball and made the base martial arts team. Got out and noboby would hire me due to seizures. Finally got hired as a janitor then on to Boeing worked my butt off turned in a lot of suggestions and made a lot of money from those. Moved to OKC got a job with a National Headquarters in IT did really well until I had a seizure on my day off. Then got demoted..arrgh. Moved to a Worldwide Headquarters for another job did outstanding work for them got promoted fast, moved on to another National Headquarters Company and within 10 years moved from a Computer Operator to a Programmer to a Systems Analyst to an Operations Manager basically running the shop. Moved to another National Headquarters Company started a new Department and put in charge also had my own company and making 250k a year. So not bad for a guy who was living in his car for a while. Yeah you can do anything you want if you work your tail off. I did not have a college degree but I outworked anyone around me. Seizures. I went from having 3-4 episodes a year, sometimes one episode would have 3-4 seizures in a row (gran mal) to having 1 in 13 years. How did I do it? Meditation, getting a pack of large dogs and taking my meds. I think I matured also. The demons I had when I was younger I confronted and dealt with them.

The only way that you know is after you get a job in the progress and continuing to learn all that you can. You can start by going on Linked In and creating an account and look for webinars and the like on the subject that you are interested in.

Exactly! Your true friends want you to just be yourself. If you don't have enough locally, you definitely have them on this site. Peer pressure, bullying, etc. is a reality for various reasons but mostly because the masses are brain washed via the media to believe about what is "normal" for a person, but I guarantee you that 99& of those on the committees that create this definition would fail if be gauged against it.
