North, start off Slowly but Sure ! Everyday, keep Reading, it's possible that You might need Special Glasses to do your everyday Routine! That's what I had to do at first in 1982 to 1983, then after I was OK during High School 1983 to June 1987 !!! I though that I was going to be OK while I went to College from September 1987 to May 1989,NOT SO! My Eyes was going through MAJOR Pressure with Classes starting has early as 8:00 am all the way to 9:00 pm , that included 3 Hour class of Psychology daily at the Beginning of the Day, 2 Hours Computer Course, Math, English, French, 3 Hours of Culinary Class to be a Chef..... Once I became A Chef, I didn't need those Glasses with the Amber Color Lens anymore!!! Just to let ALL OF YOUS Know that Migraines is one of many side affects of Epilepsy! Symptoms Of Concussions can cause EPILEPSY & so many other things, but being Epileptic, PLEASE BE AWARE of Your Surroundings at ALL TIMES! All it takes is ONE SIMPLE Concussion to Make Your Epileptic Seizure get even WORSE and it will Intensify Your Migraines has Well & it will EFFECT Your Vision & sometimes Your Hearing!!!

@A MyEpilepsyTeam Member Thanks about the recommendations of knowing your surroundings . This is very important, but also know if you brain that a migraine or seizure is coming? If so, then pay attention to that too!

Read at night, in bed, for at least 45 minutes every night. When I had my first TBI, I was an avid reader and read just about every book possible. The headaches will stop once you force yourself to continue reading.

@A MyEpilepsyTeam Member, After just 2 Years, I ended up knowing what to do! But once I stated Volunteering for Epilepsy Sudbury-Manitoulin in 1983, I found out more stuff about Epilepsy! Then in 1996-97, I started working in the Office, when I did, I got to know even more due to meeting up with Epileptologists & Neurologists from CANADA, USA & the rest of the World that attended the Convention in New York City, New York & the other was in the State of Michigan the year after. Got to meet so many Doctors those two years, The Epileptologists all told that it's proven that some forms of Epilepsy are known to get Migraines as well....
