Absolutely not. It's bad enough I could crash seizing, I can't imagine hurting a family member, or even a stranger. But I understand the urge. I understand just wanting to be independent. I'm tempted to just sit alone in the car. I'm codependent and it's one of the things I hate. Burdening my family.
Nope haven't been able to drive since I was 35 now going on 51 this April 2022 seeing they put me on disability because my sezuires were so bad and unpredictable and clinical depression and I had multiple sezuires in my sleep and CBD a day when I took my evening nap, uncontrollable nocturnal sezuires. Had to go 6 months sezuire free but I was having them daily and multiple times at night .
Sad truth, they may be dormant, but never gone. They say no cure for a reason. I encourage and challenge you all to join the Epilepsy Foundation Walk for a cure. I usually do it alone and can donate only a small amount of what I have managed to collect. Here is my site. https://donate.epilepsy.com/index.cfm?fuseactio...
I congratulate to you

Have been medication ever since
it depends on the state. my state (indiana) you have to be 'seizure free' for 6-8 months and then you have a drs note and everything... then you get the learning permit and drivers license. the odd thing is, my state can get a golf cart or lawn mower or farm equipment without a seizure free note.
