If I want to cheer up with music , I listen to novelty music. Look up Dr. Demento. You’ll find Various artist. like Weird Al ( just eat it ) Will Smith ( nightmare on my street ) Toby Keith ( red solo cup ) , Bryan Bowers ( the Scotsman ), Jump β€˜N’ the Saddle band ( the Curly Shuffle ) , Steve Martin ( King Tut song ) ,Chuck Berry ( My Ding-A-Ling ), Leonard Nimoy ( ballad of Bilbo Baggins ), Allen Sherman ( Hello Mudda h, Hello Faddah ) and Rusty Warren ( Bounce your Boobies ) . Yes, a female really sang this song. I believe it was a song from the 1960s . These are just 10 songs out of the many, many other novelty music out there.

A lot of the of the artists I have on my list who are recognizable. There are many other artists that you may or may not recognize. It also depends on what generation you grew up in. Theses novelty songs go all the way back into the 1940s . Like the song Shaving Cream, by Benny Bell .

@A MyEpilepsyTeam Member , I went to see the new movie β€œDear Evan Hansen” about some high school kids who deal with mental health issues. There’s some touching songs in the movie, my favorite was β€œYou Will Be Found” & the other is one some might relate to called β€œWaving Through a Window”. You might Google them & give them a listen. Your friend in Texas, Becky
