I have not experienced any sensations that powerful in terms of pain, thus I will provide with resources to find out where to find answers. I feel it go down my head to my feet or other things but i have back problems so that could be my issue

TY Margery! How long do yours usually last? Also how do you handle the pain part? It’s maybe not exactly pain in the usual sense but weird intolerable sensation, combos of shocks, tingling, temperature change in the area, etc but feels overwhelming & panicked feelings also accompany it… sometimes I flap my hands, rock back&forth uncontrollably, repeat “my back hurts” (but it’s not actually my back so weird that I say it) & will come & go often in cycles. Especially if I get hot or hear low frequency sounds (subwoofers, sudden loud noises, amplified music). I hate these…
