And the more I think about the sensation it feels like a wind or a breeze that goes through my brain. Weird stuff thanks for the responses

I have the auras once in a great while. They have been like that for many years. My dr calls them stress auras since I have stress seizures which are below partial seizures. My stress auras last about 10 seconds but if they last over a minute, it means I could go into a stress seizure giving me time to relax and find a quiet place and be alone for the 30 seconds of one if I do go into it.

If it's what I'm thinking about I call it the "somebody's walking over my grave feeling" and usually when I have one it's followed by goosebumps and my normal "okay now I'm cold and I have to add layers" feeling. I tend to get mine more during the gloomier days, especially in the winter time, and rain in the morning is a big cause too.

Thanks so much!!!! I do have partial seizures too just didn’t know that was part of it out of all these years I’m still learning! On the 26 maybe that ambulatory EEG will pick up all that it feels so strange

Right now my new nuro is trying to 100% confirm that my yelling episodes are seizures and not some other sleeping issues and it almost feels like I'm having to prove that I have epilepsy. I'm thinking "uh look doc if you can figure out that I don't have this crap and that this is all a bad dream that would rock!" I can promise you one thing and that's that I'm not going to take another $2,200 sleep study for two nights in a hospital where they try to catch lightening in a bottle. That's some serious BS.
