Never had a problem taking Lamictol but 25 yrs sz free since taking alone with Tagertol

It could be from difficulty thinking or concentrating and the dizziness that are just a few of the side effects that come with Lamictal. It doesn't matter if the dosage is Regular or XR. When i used to take it i had problems with the above mentioned and a lot more.

Never haved been on it 25 yrs and 25 yrs sz free since taking it along with XR Tegretol

Sounds like you mabe experiencing anxiety . I read through the side effects , on your meds . It does mention Anxiety.
