Anything is possible. But to be sure talk to your neurologist.

I mean, it is possible. There are a lot of variables. When I had my surgery I was told that if removing a part of my temporal lobe did not work they would take a different approach. There are many other forms of brain surgery used to combat epileptic seizures. My neurologist said instead of opening my skull back up they would instead drill a hole and use a laser to cauterize any remaining brain tissue that was causing seizures. It usually isnt the best idea to go back and remove the titanium brackets and screws they used to put the chunk of skull back in place after the first surgery, yet I wouldn't be surprised if exceptions are possible.

I was told that since seizures occur in the left temporal lobe, surgery is not an option, as it could make my memory problem worse.
