There are many ways , for the reasoning of being diagnosed with epilepsy later in life .

It could be from a severe sickness
Maybe you hit your head in a car accident
Aggressive sports like football 🏈 , baseball ⚾️ , wresting and ect.
Brain Tumors

After going through some type of Brain injury, can bring up the seizures, which can hit you out of the blue.

Then there are those seizures that will hit us out of blue while live with Epilepsy.
I can’t explain those. I have seizures that hit me out of the blue too and I’ve had Epilepsy all my life. Then there are the seizures that act out from the triggers.
Stress
Lack of sleep
Anxiety
Late on meds
And. Others triggers

Look at the beverages you are drinking. For example, soda and coffee.
