I was having seizures nocturnal only for years tried all kinds of meds, then I did a sleep study and found I had sleep apnea and also started CBD, and melatonin. The melatonin resets your natural sleep/wake cycle but ya gotta get a good one. So I have a cpap machine, but even if you don’t have sleep apnea one of the most important things you can do is to try n go to bed around the same time every night, don’t eat late and keep that cycle as normal as possible. Also check Keto diet and try to keep stress at a minimum. Sorry so long I wish you all the best

Is Your bedroom a mess like mine? I have a new sound system to set up. Try 're-arranging the furniture in Your bedroom like I have to. Do something that makes Your mind busy, something positive, something new that will change Your life style somehow. Not something that is a trigger for seizures.

Mine are only sleep-induced, taking Epilim aka Depakine. Wish there was some way of stopping the seizures but have found mostly stress related, if that helps. But stress is a natural part of life, so trying to organise things better or to concentrate on the most important job can help you relax & give you a sense of usefulness. All the best
