Crying
A MyEpilepsyTeam Member asked a question 💭

Does anyone have this problem I've been on a cocktail of meds for ,20 years & haven't been able to cry The only time I cried was when I attended a good friends funeral last year & I wept buckets It was like 20 years of tears in one go

@A MyEpilepsyTeam Member don’t hide your anger let it out swear if you have to if it’s a bad day with seizures and your feeling angry don’t keep the anger in tell them to f....k off leave you alone sorry for language call them for everything under the sun ☀️ it releases the anxiety and stress write it down remove yourself from company so you can do that don’t hold in emotions if it’s to do with seizures still let it out be happy , sad, angry, annoyed, at yourself or whoever has done it no more stress it’s easier Said than done take care x x

Go see an Opthalmologist. He's the actual eye doctor. I know, have been seeing one 😎
