@A MyEpilepsyTeam Member remember there is a lot of categorys of seizures. only a few can kill you (mostly grand mals). and if you (or someone that you trust) lay down on the floor, sideways... it will solve that problem. remember... research and knowing will stop the fear. knowledge is power.

It's scary the one to you and your neurologist find the right medications completely controllable hang in there it doesn't always happen overnight but you'll find the right medication or combination thereof

The same thing has happened to me too. I'm sorry you're experiencing the same thing, it's scary and traumatizing. What helps me is to have someone nearby at all times, do you have a friend that stay with you or a family member? If you're with someone they can hear you when it happens
