All health care are doing the same. That way they can trace who is requesting the prescription by looking in their database. I always check first business day of the new year that my information is in their computer records. Its the new system that favors them so get used to it.

Prescription Drug Plan insurance Blue cross, But I look up information for you and heres few things to do,To Register call Express Scripts Pharmacy at (Phone number can only be seen by the question and answer creators) You can also go on Web put in express scrips and Register will come up
On the Wep site try Express Scripts Part D Pharmacy and Find a plan will come up
Open enrollment Ends Dec 7th or call call Number above hope this helps you
