Do People Take Advantage Of Your Weaknesses
A MyEpilepsyTeam Member asked a question 💭

One of my biggest weakness is memory. I have a supervisor who tells me one thing one time and the opposite another time. That creates a lot of friction in our work place and doesn't help with my memory problems. If I write down what he says and then call him out on it when he contradicts what he said some time later, he gets defensive.

That's a natural thing everyone gets defensive when called out on things they say. You are doing a great job writing things down to call him out on things keep it up, you can also voice record on cell phones.

I've never had that personally but that is reprehensible to me. If people do it knowingly on purpose, to be honest it sounds like the actions of people with no empathy/sympathy, such as a sociopath or psychopath. Down with those people!

It seems like many people choose to confuse. Not cool.
