I've just read a comment about drinking with seizures and it read "drinking with seizures can kill" well yes it can but you've got more chance of being killed just by drinking. This does not mean that if you drink with epilepsy your going to fit every time it's a bit like that saying "don't throw stones in glass houses" i'm not going to hide in the wardrobe because i've got epilepsy are you? Don't let it run your life we could get invaded by Aliens tonight and they could enslave the human race HaHaHa

I take Keppra along with other prescriptions, and I have had drinks. Hi just learn how to control my drinking with my medication. I don’t drink a lot when I hang out with friends, but I also drink a lot of water when I have alcohol in my system. It’s like I have one drink then I’ll drink a bottle of water, then I have another drink and then have another bottle of water. When I have to take my pills I wait an hour if I want a drink.

I drink beer. I have been taking keppra for about 10 years,no problems as long as I don’t drink too much (you’ll figure out how much you can drink)

I was told not to have more than 8 oz twice a week. Which doesnt do anythung for me so i just stopped trying.
