Stress is definitely one of my biggest triggers. CBD was the only thing that helped me. You are welcome to check out my story if you want more info. Hope you find help!!

built up stress without releasing it slowly will have a bad consequence. dr said (i was about 9-10 years old), stress is like a balloon, too much blowing and it will pop. i think you poped that day.

In my growing up years, I lived with sexual abuse. The only way that I could live with myself after my father left was to allow myself to have a seizure. That was a very long, hard season in my life (for 8 years). What really lifted me up was coming to know Jesus personally as my Lord & Savior. If I were the only one to every walk on this planet, He still would have come to die for me!! Yes, I spent many years working through the buried memories... and it was not easy!! I still do have seizures, and I'm hoping that my MD will be able to define what is actually going on (from the EEG that I just had last Friday), and then prescribe the best medication (besides using the CBD oil). (This is after having had 2 brain surgeries too!) God really has freed me from the prison of fear... and now i am actually married for 19 months!! PTL!! You can see the photo of my husband Joe & I in the L upper corner. I've learned to trust God daily to meet every need... and He truly is faithful. Shalom.
