Does Anyone Else Suffer From OCD, Anxiety, Depression Or Any Other Mentll Illness?
A MyEpilepsyTeam Member asked a question 💭

I suffer with OCD, anxiety, depression, etc. I don't know if it is related to my epilepsy (temporal lobe), my brain tumor (pituitary macroadenoma) or if it is completely unrelated. But something tells me they all are intermingled somehow.

@A MyEpilepsyTeam Member I have two people that I have tell me everything is ok and I'm just paranoid. I'm also trying medical marijuana, apparently some strains are good for anxiety and depression

I have scitzo-affective disorder depressive type, depression, social anxiety, epilepsy, and more. What I want to know is if there is a connection between mental illness and epilepsy.

Yep I'm mostly paranoid about people being out to get me or my food is poisoned or I'll touch something and it'll get me sick. Crazy things that I know arent true. I'm usually alone at home too.
