If like me you take a lot of tablets throughout the day and you sometimes forget a good app to use is called Medisafe. Once you have listed your tablets it will remind you when to take them.

My pharmacist puts my pills in bubble packets, and each day is sorted out by morning/ breakfast/ dinner/ bedtime .... then I set my phone alarm for the times to take my pills...

I pack my medications in a weekly medication box and I have a routine I take my morning medications as soon as I get up and right before I go to bed

I use EPIDIARY. You can put all medicine on it with reminders and document seizures. I have been using it for over 6 yrs.

That is the app i have but to remind you you could set the reminder alarm on your modile to repeat
