Today was my second day with it and I feel awful! I woke up today and thought it was night and missed my pills. Then it wasn't until about an hour later everything was alright...
It caused so much stress, I'll probably have one tonight.
Do many other people have any other remedies to get rid of it or at least calm it down?
Thanks BryanMartin, I wish it was that easy. Everything I do like that seems to immediately come straight back up (or out...)lol
in(flu)enza is a nasty flu. my health nut remedies are as fallows... honey, honey and/or green tea (a lot of it), emergen-c and/or airborn, and at night (if you get really sick) night time med like nyquil or zzzquil. get a lot of water and drink soup (chicken soup is the best). all you need is to drink and rest and hope it gets better.
Breathing exercises help. Sometimes anxiety can trigger episodes. Try medation music and breathing in thru nose and out thru mouth for 30 mins a day
I have a Smart Watch that keeps track of hoy falling asleepw much and how well I sleep, how many steps taken. I take my Blood Pressure in the morning before I eat. I do have difficulty sleeping, and getting to sleep. They say to stay away from screens, TV, Computer or Phone, and try to relax. Maybe there are exercises you can do.
Good post and yes I agree with you and your post here I am going to say it's cold and)flu season, I recently got the slight sniffles and such about 4 days ago when it came about, I usually don't get it often but it does happen on occasion, I think I might have caught it from other people here who were going through it and I then picked it up, but I am not complaining about it and it's at day 5 and it's going to go down hill, it' should be almost gone by another 4 or 5 days from now or almost, but yes it is a inconvenience for me but I will hang in there and try to stay pos and so can you my opinion here, happy holidays
