Do you your having cluster of seizures? You go into a seizure, come out and a little later you go into another seizure and may repeat more times. If that’s so , you may want to talk to your Dr. about a recovery med( Ativan , Lorazepam and ect. ).. this will help slow down to stopping your seizures.

Take over the counter pain medicine and rest don’t do anything you need to recharge yourself make sure you take you medicine and eat meals also keep hydrated is important
