Vaccination And Epilepsy

So I know this is a touchy subject and I am not looking to start an argument here....

Simple question....has anyone who has epilepsy had issues with any of the vaccines and seizures as side effects? Any high fevers afterwards that caused febrile seizures?

Thanks.

Yes. I had to take the Tdap shot and had a really bad seizure from it

This is what I didn't want to do was start an argument. I was just looking for different people's experiences. I agree - everyone is different and I just wanted to hear those different experiences - figured I'd get both sides of the fence. Just appreciate the honesty and experiences.

@A MyEpilepsyTeam Member every person is different and every type is different. and there is different vaxs. i am no dr but i know me and my weaknesses. i read the main vaxs and all of um said dont do it if you have immune system problems. i have celiac disease (family thing on both sides) witch is in the immune system. and now there is the usa government that mandates that all school have to get kindergarten boosters vax. that vax started my celiac switch witch sent to the brain (my weakest link) and then started seizing. (sorry about the language) i am pissed off about this shit! my family has celiac thing but most drs and the government dont listen. do you or the drs know the risk when the Rx guys stick you? or the vax only protect about 3% of all the vax people? when i was a kid (90s) there are a couple of vax and they did it through a couple of years. now it a boatload of vax all within a couple of months. and now they are getting babys with vax (i think its 1-2 year of age).
i am sorry for the rant. its just my family likes to read (and back it up with studies) and we know stuff.

I’m a nurse with epilepsy. I’ve had a zillion vaccines and I’ve never any adverse reactions.
