Medication right does and stress level

I made sure that I always have someone around but make sure there are hardly anything sharp around unless it necessary and meds and nap when tired and don’t overwork

i have a tell. an aura seizures and a partial seizure before the grand mal. so i stop what i am doing (aura) and tell someone and sit down.
i used to have seizure everyday but i found out this cbd oil with a balance diet. i am now seizure free for less than a year and counting.

I don’t live by myself but in school i always have a staff with me all the time
