i'm fit free now. but only recently however i should be really happy now but feel really low n shit and unworthy i think there is more going on, and i keep asking the neurologist for a physicist as they get to rule if epilepsy or something else under lined including standard behavior to medication or depression etc could be useless but its hard to get i'm still waiting 2 yrs later but i also cant keep living like this either, in the meantime just keep venting to people on here or friends and family
Remember that seizures don’t define you. Also, give yourself permission to be sick. It’s ok. I am here to talk if you need to
Epilepsy is such an annoying mysterious thing! I’m brilliant at helping out other people, cbt their thoughts help calm people etc. However I’m the most miserable angry depressed person in the inside, and yet finally I’m at my most happiest!!!
I’ve been seizure free for 12 months, I’ve got to toddlers a job and I’ve finally found someone that lives and understand s me and I’m now engaged!! And yet no mi d fullness and concellling works! I believe I need a Physiological exam as possible more going but hospital just promise these things hence why I do research n listen to others as mainly they just need that. I think I’ve done all the stages
Talk to your Dr. about the brain surgery , VNS , and RN . Those can possibly decrease to fully stopping your seizures. You may still have to take your meds but at least they are better controlled.
No you are not better off dead. I dont know you personally but I believe God has a positive plan for yourself. You will help others get through tuff times, you are strong and a light of the world going through tuff times. Everything will be okay. You have just helped me at this moment. I was starting to get a little away from God but now I feel closer. I think he wants us all to stick together through this tuff life with epilepsy. Yes its not easy but I thank you for helping me today. You are amazing and never let your mind tell you different.
