I was wondering cause I take care of my eight year son and my husband who’s disabled. I want to make sure I can cook travel etc.

Two magnets in the kit. One for the belt one is a watch band. I only wear the watch band when I leave the house because the belt clip could pop off and be lost. When sleeping, put them on your night stand next to your bed, so you don't turn on your VNS by accident. Like Jimmy2abs day just keep the belt clip in yo rocket at home.
The instructions say the magnet is powerful enough to mess up a computer and a cellphone battery (keep phone in different pocket), and don't stand in front of microwave, walk away when you push the cook button.

I wear mine on my belt or just keep it in a pocket. Haven’t had any trouble with any electronics
