I'm always looking for ways to help control dry or sensitive skin? Whether its a cream or a way you find that helps prevent the itch or it spreading on your skin. My dry skin is a side effect from my seizure medicine.
Yes I always had dry skin issues. I use vanicream moisturizing skin cream
I have psoriasis and it goes in spurts! Sometimes it's on my eyelid so I put the prescription creme on and then it goes away! Then it's behind my left ear! Can never get totally rid of it!
African black soap and raw Shea butter
I have flakes inside my ear,too ! It itches so I scratch and white flakes are in my fingernails! Put the cream in there and it goes away and I stop the cream and it comes back! My dad had eczema on his legs real bad, so I always thought I got it from him! But they say psoriasis is an autoimmune disease, which I don't totally understand and would like to learn more about!
This is my first winter taking vitamin D3 pill. one pill per day. Research shows how that helps and flare ups will happen but not as bad. Its helping but its only for the winter. It replaces the vitamin D you would normally get from the summer sun.
