My son tried it and it was not beneficial to him. However, it is to many. Ask your doctors the odds and it is worth a try.

Hi Kathryn.
I am a former epileptic, I now work with children and young adults with Epilepsy and a lot of them have V,N,S,s and they seem to be very effective when it comes to controlling the seizure the students have but it don't mean it the right option for everyone of them.
Take care.

I found that they all are just experimenters. My son has been stuggling for years and we are seeing an epileptologist. We've tried so many medications and he is now on three. I am just very discouraged. I don't know how to help him any more.

Yes I do have the latest model.. to me the difference between a neurologist & epileptologist was unbelievable. Neurologists only switched meds over and over. My epileptologist is trying to get to the root of the problem & is very patient. My appointments with her usually take at least an hour & she wants to know every little detail much more personalized experience. Only negative is very difficult to get appointments usually takes about 4 months

That's a good start @A MyEpilepsyTeam Member!
There's more. Ditch the carbs.
With our condition, it's good to have doctor approval and labs done and be monitored.
Sounds like you are doing the best you can.
