The after/side effects from having seizures are not recognised as a sickness or a reality, and that this can go on for some time afterwards.

Yea, I had a shoulder surgery and was out for two months. Seizures were a major factor in the damage in my shoulder.

I asked my HR person why she had scheduled me every.single.weekend day, and she insinuated it was because I had already "enjoyed" several weekends off while out for my surgery. I was like...WTF? You're punishing me for going out on leave?
