Shakes everyday! Some days better than others. Had a number of people (who I have told about my shakes) tell me I should take more meds for my shakes because its unsettling.

Anxiety everyday, panic attacks once in a while, and fainting episodes that my Dr thinks may be partial complex seizures (on top of my grand mal and petit mal)

Going for an EEG this Friday to confirm.

As I get older, I am becoming less and less able to deal with my seizures and epilepsy.
Its been 18 years, and in my mind, it should get better. I used to have a sense of humour about it.
My recovery also takes longer...
Being told I'm unemployable, and a liability and being done a favour by being employed makes the anxiety worse.

Anyone else?

Good evening @A MyEpilepsyTeam Member, from small seizures to the big ones the aftermath AFTER Seizure amnesia was panic then rounds of tachycardia as my heart raced out of my chest in panic. I would soon slumber into a seizure induced sleep for hours and I had felt like every muscle in my body had been exhausted when I woke up. I had many types of seizures occuring on both sides of my brain sometimes I would have a seizure then plunge into another episode. I started a light workout at first getting more oxygen to my brain and I saw my seizures slow down. I took BABY steps and I am happy to say with seizure medications, (I take two types...) & working out I have not had a seizure in years. But when you feel panic, take deep breaths and blow them out slowly and take a good nap. It helps. Good luck.

Yes I used to get this ALL THE TIME my Neurologists told me these were partial seizures. The anxiety attack comes with Epilepsy it seems unfortunately.
