Sleep Eating, Anyone Else?

A MyEpilepsyTeam Member asked a question πŸ’
Poughkeepsie, NY

I sleep eat. I know that sounds odd, but it started soon after I began taking epilepsy meds. We used to laugh it off, but we are now living with my monster-in-law, who can get quite nasty about finding food missing, or left out in the kitchen, when she gets up. Anyone else have this peculiar issue?

I don't think this is common. I sleep walk too. I move things around, even go outside, and wake up in a different location. Very bothersome.

I wander off---- like sleep walks, but I don't remember really eating anything. I just end up at someone else's door trying to get in there house. Hate it. Because you forget the entire thing. 😐
