I work several jobs; First and foremost, I am the mother of 4 children, I am also a children's book author/illustrator, I restore cemeteries, I work part time as a housekeeper and also part time as a baker making donuts. I personally believe you can do almost anything you want to do. I don't let my seizures stop me from living and experiencing new things. I have never once thought, what can I do, even though I have epilepsy? I have thought, I am going to do it, no matter if I have epilepsy. Driving a semi or being a lifeguard are two jobs I probably wouldn't consider, lol...

You can be who ever you want to be. It is against the law for any job/career/office to not hire a disable person for any type of job. I would love to be a massage Therapist but I cant go to school because it causes me to have seizures but if I had the ability I would be there in 1 second. My job that I have had for the past 15 to make money and make my life easy is a receptionist.

I went to Tech School and trained to be a radio and TV repairman in 1974 when finished. I worked for 10 years before having my surgery in 1986.
