Well most of the time my seizures come late at night. But I just try to calm down and prepare myself in a relaxed mood when I can kinda sense a seizure coming along. I immediately warn either a close friend or the professor because I know it won't go well if I don't warn someone quickly. Just take deep breaths and ask God for His help at this point of trouble.
@A MyEpilepsyTeam Member Hi new friend and we both have the same mindset...I love your positivity and humbleness...how have you gotten through school no a semester graduated with honors all of the above with having seizures and continue? I had to stop and got kicked out twice because of having seizure in class....what do you do...inspire me plz
