It did in my case because I could not drive but today is much different they have alout more leniency in what they had 25-30 years ago when I applied for it.

I don't know about that. I didn't have epilepsy when I was that young. I DID however have fibromyalgia and numerous hip surgeries at that age, and it didn't make a difference. I can tell you, adoption is a very stressful process, so if stress is a trigger for your seizures, it's going to be an issue! Adoption for us,Mia's long, stressful, and an ongoing time of disappointment. I wish you luck! We did go through a private lawyer though. And that helped some. We had a newborn baby in less than a year. Hope this helps!

Have you tried talking to a social worker to see what you might have to qualify for? They may give you some more insight on what the qualifications would be you may even be able to talk to the adoption agencies and ask them they want people to adopt the children and you one adopt so talk to them and I had a plan I have a plan B have a way of getting around everything show them you have structure you have friends you have a way of getting your child to like an emergency room not just fine nine-one-one you have a lot of friends that can help you do a lot of things I think is wrong with you you have your family and friends yep structuring your household anything and everything that can help and to show them that you have you have a lot of support to help you out
