I experienced this as well following a bad tonic clonic last year. It went away verrrry gradual, took about a month but no signs now. Take your time n hang tough, my friend!

I had a tumour in my left temporal lobe which is a part of the brain used for memory and speech. I had to learn how to speak and write and needed a bit of help to read aswell, that was 15 years ago and speech is fine but remembering the words to say is still a bit of a problem . My neurologist said to try and get my sentences right without anyone's help to encourage the brain to think. it is annoying but you get use to it.
