Myoclonics At Night Or During Nap Time.
A MyEpilepsyTeam Member asked a question 💭

Why do I keep on having myoclonics sometimes when I'm asleep or just taking a nap? I just want it all to go away.

D,
I did some quick research and found this: The cerebral cortex (which is often the source of myclonic seizures) CAN repair itself.
The seizures/ jerks are thought to get to the body through the brain stem at base of brain which connects to the nervous system. Magnesium plays a big role in regeneration of neurotransmitters which are what carries the messages from the brain. They can also be improved with medications, diet and things like meditation and listening to music 😊
I highly suggest more research on your part. To get you started:

I think you should copy articles that prove your point (s) to show to your neurologist
Good wishes D !!

It's only called a Diet because it will be the Food You're consuming. (Not to loose weight.)
