I started taking a magnesium supplement about 10 days ago. It seems to be helping my cognitive functioning and sleep. Anyone else tried magnesium? Did it help?
Yes, I've been taking magnesium for years. My neurologist recommended it back in 2011.
Magnezium is 400mg daily. I usually take them at bed. I also take B-12, it help with brain activity

My son has and it's done wonders. He also takes a vitamin B12, both were prescribed by his neurologist. He's more alert and focused.
