What that basically means is the seizure focus for your daughter's myoclonic epilepsy is located "toward the middle" (mesial) of the damaged/hardened tissue (sclerosis) in her left temporal lobe. That's something I think you can talk to a neurologist about abd keep on doctor if you feel something different from a headache all the time to dizziness or just always sleeping or tired....hope this helps somehow
