Can deja vu be a sign of an aura or having one?

Deja vu's are a seizure warning you never wanna ignore. I take a moment to think about the moment, concentrate on reality, and if that doesn't help I give myself a 3 sec hard pinch.

I've heard that some people have aura that consist of deja vu so I think that maybe what you are experiencing. Unfortunately as we get older our chemistry changes and sometime that results in seizure types and activity changing too

Hi Beverley,
Hope your well?... My doctor said to me I was having an aura when I described to him that I start to feel shakey, increased heartbeat, confusion and head feels strange (not a headache nor seizure starting g feeling).
Do t know if this helps :))
