@ Mercdes and team: I went for years not sleeping after my car wreck. Recently, I have been positioning my head etc. I am so exhausted I am sleeping at least 4 hour intervals. I have vivid dreams but they are about the things I have gone through and the outcomes. It is like reliving bad memories. I know it is like things I fear come true in my dreams.

The truth with me would be, YES ! I'm one of those strange people, who enjoy it when I had my dreams. Especially if it were a NIGHTMARE or just a strange dream. The only time I make freak out a little is when it's one of those nightmare/thriller dream when you feel you in a reality setting with real family or friends. One of those close friends or a family member may die, get inan accident or something NERVE RACKING or feels REAL.
Those are the only ones that can scare me.

After I get up from my sleep and I've remerberd it , I'll start analyze it and figure if there is an resemblance to anything I've done in my life while I was awake. Could be a recent event, or a past event.
