Im wondering if anyone else has found that they are haveing seizures or mini episodes whilst they are asleep or just wakeing up?
i find that somedays its like i wake up right in the middle of an episode banging headache twitching limbs and locked up muscles
and also dureing the night if my sleep is disturbed i wake up and im not quiet there for a minute or two,i can feel myself im aware that im awake but i can do nothing at all

I always think that by the time you realize you have a migraine you're half-way towards a seizure. I can get a cramp in my neck, goes behind my eye and feels like a knitting needle jolting around. Lay down immediately...

My epileptic seizures always happen when I wake up in the morning and last all day. And when I come round from my seizure I'm really tired and need to sleep for a few hours and just cancel that day out
