That's one thing you need to figure out . We are all different. The best thing I can tell you, is think of a fun relaxing hobbie or activity. So if you enjoy coloring , try it out. Maybe watching tv will do it. Are there any puzzles you like? Listening to the radio is one of the things that calms me down from getting stressed. Maybe sitting in a quiet room away from all the noise and crowd will help. You just need to figure out what helps you relax. Good luck.

Usually when Im stressed I start listening to music and I start taken deep breaths in and out telling myself to calm down and drink cold warter and relax. I also at times write in my journal.
