Ok as embarrassing as it is it has happened to most of us at some point during a seizure that we lose control of our bladder. Lucky this has only happened to me when I been at home or in my sleep but I can't help thinking what I would do if it happened out in public. Do I carry a bag everywhere I go with change of clothes in it and what if there are no toilet's about anywhere. I'm scared it will happen one day as my epilepsy is quite bad at the moment. You did not need to apologize for asking a question someone else already asked. This is a large social site many things will get asked multiple times.
I use poise undergarments for leak protection because generally I don't loose my whole bladder but they are pretty heavy duty liners but they work. All that matters.
It has happened to me at home, at work, and out in the public. I don't let it embarrass me, because I know it is not my fault. It is because of my epilepsy. I return home and take care of what I need to and then return to my regular duties if it happened at work.
I have had it happen in public and honestly no one thought anything of it. They were more worried about my well being that what my body was doing. The change of clothes is a great idea I have never thought of that, but many people even strangers were willing to help and were very understanding.
It happened to me when i stayed the night at my best friends house i accidentally peed on her couch. Her huge tv made me have a seizure. When i came to i was aggressive and sucker punched her.... She had to give me clothes to wear. I now take clothes everywhere sadly it is a must im not even ashamed anymore it happens bro
