Does anyone seen to feel very strange and have to go to bed and sleep for some time a couple of days after getting stressed , or very tired, I have complex siezers

My life has completely changed and hasn't been the same after I had my first seizure, obviously, but sometimes I feel like my memory has worsened. I had mentioned it to my mom but she didn't really think of it as a problem she saw it more like I'm trying to convince myself of something that's isn't true and that it's all in my head. I take Levetiracetam and tomapax in the morning and at 6pm. I have my alarm is set for both times but sometimes I don't here the one in the morning or I take it and I'll forget that I did rather it's in the morning or afternoon. What I am asking is how do you keep track or what are you using to make sure you didn't forget?

I'm wanting to travel to South Africa but my parents are refusing me to go due to my epilepsy. Any tips for flying long distance?

I have been a part of a group for a longer period of time than everyone else. However, having seizures I can’t show up as much as others do. Others get bonuses for being there more hours while I get nothing when I’ve been there the most amount of years.

I have two former strays. I am embarrassed to say that I like them better than most people lol 🤩
