Lots of us have to stay under controll of others while some dont out of fear or need. Some of us refuse and go about on our own. Either way we all struggle either financially or body function or how we feel. How do all of you feel about your needs and has anyone ever known and taken advantage of you? If not have you ever fealt sheltered and how do you stay free even on your worst days.

I have a cold wrap I put around my neck to keep me cool drink plenty of fluids and I have learned the hard way even with sunblock to not stay in the sun more than 30 minutes
Does anyone seen to feel very strange and have to go to bed and sleep for some time a couple of days after getting stressed , or very tired, I have complex siezers
I take Levetiracetam and tomapax in the morning and at 6pm. I have my alarm is set for both times but sometimes I don't here the one in the morning or I take it and I'll forget that I did rather it's in the morning or afternoon. What I am asking is how do you keep track or what are you using to make sure you didn't forget?
I had Blood Drawn the other day. I was supposed to not take my medication until that happened. Now the Pharmacy sets them up. I put the AM meds in a bag and could do that.
