What I am asking is how do you keep track or what are you using to make sure you didn't forget?

A MyEpilepsyTeam Member

I had Blood Drawn the other day. I was supposed to not take my medication until that happened. Now the Pharmacy sets them up. I put the AM meds in a bag and could do that.
