Yes, gait issues can be common with focal/partial complex seizures, especially in older adults. The seizures can temporarily disrupt signals between the brain and muscles, affecting balance and coordination. Medications used to treat seizures, blood pressure, anxiety, and depression can also contribute to gait problems as side effects. If the gait issues persist or worsen, it's a good idea to discuss with your doctor. They may adjust medications if side effects are suspected, recommend physical therapy to help improve strength and balance, or look into other potential causes.

You may want to research your medication side effects on www.drugs.com .
You maybe able to find out if your meds are linked to your anxiety, depression, and BP .
It is also possible , that your seizures or knowing that you have them , may also be part of the reasons of these emotions.
