I need something to help me and my family in case I have a seizure hit me either during the day or when I’m asleep.

I've been looking as well. Hoping to find one that could send an automated loved one. i have seen some that will send a beep (or something) to a center and then they would make a call to a caretaker. Most I've seen on places like amazon and the like charge a fee. If I find something I'll let you know. I'm sure other will respond prior to that though

Matt , My epilepsy actually comes from me being hydrocephalic at birth. So needless to say over the years I’ve had anything from several grand male hit me over the years that put me in the hospital to warning signs that something might hit me. Now that I’m older and almost 50 and having other things in play now I start to worry about mobility issues ect.

I had tried using a few of the apps but couldn't get them to show details that I wanted so what I did was begin using Apple Notes then setup a specific template that showed every month. Within each month it allowed me to write the day something took place then I could type in exact detail along with all notation as long as I wanted including any notes I felt the epilepsy specialist needed to be aware of about that seizure. If there was something going on later that day I could just add that day (example - 3/2/24) then begin typing out the note direct to the doctor so they were aware what was going on. This made it so I did not have to phone the doctor's office every time something was happening. When I saw him at the next meeting, I could hand him my phone and he would skim over the phone notes and see what was going on.

The epilepsy specialist loves this as in between our meetings I use a divider then at he can look over previous just to see the changes as they are always kept. The Apple Note app has been quite helpful in my opinion.

I have an I watch, it has worked for me. I was until med emergency was contacted as well as the emergency contacts in my contacts list, I got a notification as well so I can call it all back if it’s not an emergency. Definitely worth checking it out,
