Rey, you wrote that you were awake and aware the entire time. You knew what felt right and what felt wrong. So it wasn't a simple partial seizure. This was an aura---a strong one. What I do when I have those is step outside and get some fresh air---no matter the weather. I don't care if there's a blizzard going on outside, I open the garage door and step outside. I also bring a chair with me so that I can sit down in case my legs feel like giving out. When you have any type of partial seizure, you lose consciousness for anywhere from 30 seconds to 2 minutes. From what you described, it was a strong aura.

I’m not really sure what it can be. I do get aura seizures sometimes. Sometimes I do try to speak during the the awareness seizures that I get, but I make strange noises like humming. I do also have hallucinations. I sometimes can’t move my hands or legs I don’t shake either. I hope this information can help you understand what is happening. i think you have a double combo... a simple partial into a complex partial (focal onset aware into focal onset impaired awareness). heres my link for different types of partial seizures.
