I was wondering the side effects from surgery, effectiveness and recovery time. Anything you can share is great. Do they help with dropping seizures?

In1998 , I had a Left Temporal Lobe surgery done to reduce my seizures and “MAYBE” become seizure free.

It helped reduce my seizures frequency from severe to mild and moderate seizures.it took about 3or 4 months to heal. I was given the generic of Vicodin. I was ordered to take easy and relax. Not do strenuous things.. if I got a head ache I was to take one..
