I have a "MyID" band on my watch that the EMS and doctors can scan to get my medical information (medication, doctors, surgeries, ect.) When it is scanned it automatically alerts my emergency contacts and send them my location. I highly recommend getting one. I also have a Samsung smart watch and if I feel a seizure coming on I can press the home button 3 times and it will alert by texting and calling my wife and send her my location. It will also alert her if I fall and don't have time to press the button.

embrace watch for tonic clonic..also apple watch with seizalarm app. both require subscriptions. For night time tonic clonic you can try emfit mattress monitor.
