I was out and really don't remember anything that happened. I was told that the episode was little over 6 minutes.

Hi chubl, was it a tonic clonic or a complex partial?

one thing is the adrenaline & the amygdala (where fear, fight or flight is in the brain) gets triggered takes a while days to calm, I find this in complex partials more. It’ll improve

2nd the main thing it is scary for anyone to deal with & 6 minutes is long,

I think Rusti is right & you should talk to a neurologist asap about medication, maybe an increase or an additional one, definitely midozalam or clobozam to have handy will make recovery quicker & help the anxiety

hope you’re recovering ok, book that doctor & you’ll be back in control & feeling safer soon,

Take care chubl
